History

The office was founded in 1956 by Hertha Zürner, Steuerberaterin (tax consultant), in Munich. Her son, Dipl.-Kfm. Christian Zürner, Wirtschaftsprüfer (auditor), Steuerberater (tax consultant), took over the small company in 1978, gradually transforming it into a medium-sized company by involving several professionals. In the mid-80s, an increasing specialisation of the company in supporting Italian clients with business activities in Germany took place. At the same time, the activity in the field of the audit of the financial statements was initiated, and gradually transferred to Zürner & Collegen GmbH, Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft from 1993 on.

In October 2008, a first step towards the continuation of the company was taken when Dipl.-Kfm. Christoph Zürner joined the company. By employing Dipl.-Kfm. Sven Aurich in May 2014 the transfer of the company to the next generation was prepared. The transfer to Zürner & Collegen PartGmbB Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Steuerberatungsgesellschaft with the two partners Dipl.-Kfm. Christoph Zürner, Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater, and Dipl.-Kfm. Sven Aurich, Wirtschaftsprüfer, CPA, Steuerberater, took place in 2016, the company now being run by the third generation in Munich.
