My name is Elisa and I started my dual studies at Zürner & Collegen PartGmbB in 2017. I have been a full-time member of the team since 2020.The atmosphere at our office can best be described as a small family: The bosses and colleagues are very warm and welcoming. If you have any questions, you can always talk openly with the whole team, but we also laugh and joke together. The tasks are challenging and varied. You are in close contact with the clients and gain insights into all areas: From financial and payroll accounting to consulting and auditing. Of course, the work is demanding, which is offset, however, by the strong employee motivation and a great team spirit. For example, through office events, birthday gifts, and many small gestures. What I particularly appreciate: Further training, and your own ideas and opinions are expressly welcome and taken seriously. Here, you have the opportunity to organize yourself freely, while being supported at the same time in thinking and acting entrepreneurially: Just as if you were your own entrepreneur.

What I particularly like about my work at Zürner & Collegen is the responsibility and creative freedom I have as a manager. I can contribute my professional knowledge, participate in developing processes, and actively support our team. We work at a high professional level, but always with humanity, humour, and mutual appreciation. This makes working together as a team not only effective, but also really enjoyable. I particularly appreciate the open communication and modern working methods at our firm. Decisions are taken together, ideas are heard, and everyone can make a difference here. Another plus is that at Zürner & Collegen I can also work in my native language, Italian. It’s great to advise clients in their own language and combine my cultural roots with my professional activities. The mix of young and older, experienced colleagues makes us a perfect team in a modern and digital tax consulting office. I have been working at the office for many years now, and what I like most about my job is the opportunity to use foreign languages. The working atmosphere is friendly, and my colleagues are always helpful. We are also adventurous, and organize lots of events, such as Christmas parties and summer excursions. I particularly appreciate the expertise of the bosses, who strive for continuous improvement. They motivate their employees to constantly improve by giving good advice and offering a wide range of training and further education opportunities.
