Alessandra Melis

My name is Alessandra and I have been working full-time at Zürner & Collegen since December 2023.
I have felt very comfortable here from day one; the team is warm, helpful, and friendly. The bosses are also open, always accessible, and make an effort to respond to everybody individually. We support each other, laugh a lot together, and simply have fun at work. The tasks are varied, from financial and payroll accounting to tax returns and client support. It never gets boring! I particularly like that we regularly celebrate together, organize happy hours, and even have a pizza oven in the office! This creates a great atmosphere.
Another important point is the support we receive for further training and all topics that help us advance in our daily work. For me, Zürner & Collegen is a place where team spirit, joy, and development are truly lived.
