What I particularly like about my work at Zürner & Collegen is the responsibility and creative freedom I have as a manager. I can contribute my professional knowledge, participate in developing processes, and actively support our team. We work at a high professional level, but always with humanity, humour, and mutual appreciation. This makes working together as a team not only effective, but also really enjoyable. I particularly appreciate the open communication and modern working methods at our firm. Decisions are taken together, ideas are heard, and everyone can make a difference here. Another plus is that at Zürner & Collegen I can also work in my native language, Italian. It’s great to advise clients in their own language and combine my cultural roots with my professional activities.
