Employee master data entry

For the registration of the master data of new employees, we now offer the possibility to make the entry of the necessary data via a web-based questionnaire. This questionnaire is divided into three parts (employee, employer and our office), so that every party involved only sees the points to be filled in that concern them. The questionnaire allows step-by-step processing and also contains useful information on the individual points to clarify any queries in advance.

The questionnaire ensures that all necessary master data of a new employee could be gathered completely. As we are constantly working on improving our services, we are grateful for any suggestions regarding the questionnaire. Please send your comments and suggestions to keyword "Personalfragebogen" or contact your responsible person in charge from our office.

The recorded data is stored on servers in Germany for 14 days and will be deleted afterwards.

Unfortunately, the relevant documents such as employment contract, insurance certificate, etc. cannot yet be submitted with the questionnaire. Please send them to us as usual (by e-mail or via the digital personnel file “Digitale Personalakte”).
